When you place an order online, it's important to keep track of what you've ordered and how much you are going to be charged. We will send out an order summary to all customers via email.
Order Summary Details
The order summary lists all the items that you've ordered. Included are; the price of each item, any applicable discounts or promotions, and the total amount that you'll be charged.
If you do not receive an order summary within a few hours of placing your order check your email junk or spam folder.
Payment Services
Please pay close attention to the default email being used when checking out with services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. The order summary confirmation email will be sent to the email used for that payment provider.
Contacting Support
Please ensure that all email inbox that the order confirmation may have landed in are checked. If there is still no order summary, then please contact our support team through the help centre. They will verify identify and get you connected with your order details.
