This article walks you through the necessary steps required to request a refund.
Refunding Unused Bundles
1. Login to your Uswitch eSIM account.
2. Click on the chat icon located at the lower right-hand side of the page.
3. Type refund into the chat bar. Click on the send symbol or hit enter.
4. If you would like to proceed with a refund click Yes and follow the instructions on screen.
Refunding Started Bundles
If the bundle has been started and you would still like to request a refund then process the refund request with the chat bot as normal. The bot will log a support ticket with our customer service team who will review each case individually to determine if a refund is applicable.
