If you wish to delete your account, you can do so by contacting support through our help centre.
Contacting Support to Delete An Account
- Click on this link Uswitch eSIM Support to take you through to our help centre.
- Click Submit a request toward the top right of the screen.
- In the description field, make sure to state that you want to delete your account – and provide any other relevant details.
- We will verify your identity and confirm that you want to delete your account. This step is easier if you contact us using the email for the account wishing to be deleted.
- Once we have confirmed your request, your account will be deleted and all of your data will be permanently removed from the platform.
