If you are struggling with a poor-quality connection on a particular network, we advise you manually search and select a different network. You will only be able to get an internet connection on the network(s) we offer a service on.
Manually Selecting a Network
1. Go into Settings and tap on Mobile network.
2. Tap on Data eSIM.
3. Tap on Operator.
4. De-select Auto-select.
5. Wait for it to search all available networks.
6. You can now select the desired network.
Once a network is selected, please wait a moment for the device to connect to the network for being able to use data services.
