It is essential that Data Roaming is enabled in order to use any eSIM. You can turn on and off your Data Roaming in your settings. Turning on your Data Roaming will allow any eSIM to work with your device.
Turning Data Roaming On
1. Go into Settings and tap on Network and Internet.
2. Click on SIMs.
3. Click on the eSIM you would like to check Data Roaming for.
4. Make sure this is enabled in order for the eSIM to work. If the toggle is grey as shown below, make sure to click it so it turns blue.
5. If the toggle is blue as shown below.
Please give the device a moment after enabling data roaming to connect to a network.
